Ordering is easy! You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Email me at jollydollyspeciallyhandmade@gmail.com with the product code you want. And I will give you a total price plus the type of postal you want me to send.

Payment Policy

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days after clearance of payment. If you are in the local Japan please TT to my local japan account that I will provide you in the final confirmation email.

I accept Pay Pal for customers in the outside Japan. Please email me for more info about this.

And if you order from Malaysia you can also TT payment to my local account there. Email me for more info too.

Shipping
I use Japan Post as our mail service. You are given a choice at checkout regarding the type of shipping you prefer: priority or express shipping. Normal post will takes at least 3-4 days to reach it's destination in the local Japan. Priority Mail generally will arrive within 2-3 days and express is for next day delivery. Once an order is placed the processing time will take 1-2 business days in addition to the shipping time. I make every effort to keep the processing time to a minimum. If the product you have selected is not in stock you will receive an email notifying you.
Orders will be mailed with delivery confirmation once the package is deliver to you.

I offer international shipping as well. Also, please note that packages can be delayed while going through customs.

Return Policy
I do not currently accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of the product. If an error on my part has occurred please contact me for further directions.
